Because of their characteristics the rotary-table shotblasting machines can easily be incorporated in diversified machining, adapting to the treatment of various parts of different shape and type. They can be equipped with fixtures and accessories built according to the pieces to be treated. Positioned on the moving table the pieces are uniformly covered with a wide jet of shot launched by centrifugation by one or more turbines. Our production range covers from a minimum table diameter of 500 mm to a maximum of 2400 mm.

Tumbleblast shot blasting machine, equipped with rubber belts or steel blades, are particularly suitable for sandblasting small pieces loaded in bulk. A special anti-abrasive rubber belt arranged as a cradle receives the pieces to be treated and with its movement maintains them in a constant tumble. The pieces are hit by the jet of abrasive generated by the turbine, and by continuously changing position, they receive the shotblasting treatment extremely uniformly on all the surfaces. A steel belt is recommended for all earth fusion materials and for all parts with weight exceeding 15 kg each.

The M1250 X-A shot blasting machine is a fully automatic machine in which the operator is only responsible for supervising its operation. The machine has great functional capacity and is suitable for treating medium to large parts, hung individually on hooks, as well as for treating tools where clusters composed of many pieces of various sizes and weights are placed.

This type of blast cleaning machine is suitable for treating wire, rod and bar of various diameters. If used for shotblasting bars, two additional rollers are available to support them inside the cabin.

The Continuous Tumble Blast Shotblasting machines in the PA are production cells engineered to integrate seamlessly into production lines. Parts are automatically fed into the cell, where the shotblasting process is performed without requiring operator intervention.
