3D Additive Manufacturing
Pieces’ Dust removal produced by Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) or Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technologies, lasts few minutes with a fully automatic process perfectly under control. Manual cleaning of pieces is not production’s bottleneck anymore.
Biomedical
The technology of CM machines permits an effective treatment of mechanical parts in the biomedical sector (such as titanium screws and prostheses in titanium-cobalt alloys) using metallic grits, ceramic or glass beads. An homogeneous and calibrated surface finishing is achieved with very fast cycle times.
