ROTARY TABLE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE - DUST REFINER
The rotary table sandblasting machine Dust Refiner quickly finishes the surface of a 3D printed piece.
If material is a MFJ or SLS polymer, the speed of cleaning is incredible and result has no comparison: process’ dusts are perfectly removed, the look of pieces is emphasized. PPA and TPU colour turns into a brilliant anthracite grey and dyeing is not needed anymore (but may still be made).
A massive robust construction, where details are designed with attention, T5 3DR is equipped with compressed air nozzles to clean pieces at the end of cleaning process.
TUMBLE BLAST SHOT BLASTING MACHINE - DUST REFINER
The Tumble blast shot blasting machine Dust Refiner is able to accept 3D printed batches and effect a quick removal of dust residual, with a high quality finishing and without interfering with parts geometry and shape.
Parts are positioned on an anti-abrasive rubber belt, arranged as a cradle, and loaded in bulk or inside a cylindrical fixture able to protect most delicate parts.
The pieces are hit by the jet of abrasive generated by the turbine, and by continuously changing position, they receive the shotblasting treatment extremely uniformly on all the surfaces.
UNCAKER - DUST REFINER
The Uncaker Dust Refiner is used in the 3D printing of polymers with Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) or Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technologies. The parts are created within a volume of unprocessed powder called CAKE.
Process of extracting pieces from the cake is time consuming and dangerous for operators’ health.
The Uncaker machine is an automatic device, capable to receive a full CAKE of pieces and to separate residual powders from pieces.
