APPLICATIONS - HANGER AUTOMATIC WORKLOAD ADVANCEMENT

Some examples of use for our Hanger automatic workload advancement shot blasting machines.
The Hanger automatic workload advancement shot blasting machines can satisfy different needs of blasting, providing excellent results in terms of productivity, safety and energy savings, thanks to the quality of materials used, the safety standards applied and significant expertise.

	Descaling of hot forgings, hot stampings workpieces manufactured in steel or non-ferrous alloy. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing the layer of calamine and/or oxide that normally covers the piece following the forging or hot-pressing process, both for steel and non-ferrous alloy pieces.
	Finishing of cast light alloy wheel rims for automobiles and motorbikes. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows treating car and motorcycle wheel rim surfaces with the aim of making them homogeneous or removing any residual burrs due to the casting process.
	Cleaning, etching before painting of bicycle and motorcycle frames. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows treating the surface of bicycle and motorcycle frames, increasing the roughness in order to allow greater and better paint adherence.
	Removal of refractory (ceramic) material from precision castings, and their deburring after cutting. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing the layers of ceramic material following the precision casting process. The mass of ceramic material that contains the precision castings is crushed and separated from the pieces by the impact of the shot and even the slightest slag on the pieces is removed by abrasion.
	Cleaning, reconditioning of parts of automobiles such as: brakes, clutches, shock absorbers, sterring knuckles, all joints, etc. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing from components residues of oxidation, combustion, earth and dust accumulated during use allowing their recovery.
	Deflashing, finishing of high pressure die castings (engine components, ornamental hardware, aircraft and missile components, etc.). The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing residual burrs and making the surface homogeneous both for aesthetic purposes and as preparation for subsequent treatments.
