The Tumbleblast (batch processing) models Shot blasting machines can satisfy different needs of blasting, providing excellent results in terms of productivity, safety and energy savings, thanks to the quality of materials used, the safety standards applied and significant expertise.

	Shot-Peening of springs and mechanical elements for fatique life improvement. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows compressing the surface layer of springs and mechanical elements constructed to resist to frequent alternate stress, increasing the fatigue breaking strength.
	Removal of refractory (ceramic) material from precision castings, and their deburring after cutting. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing the layers of ceramic material following the precision casting process. The mass of ceramic material that contains the precision castings is crushed and separated from the pieces by the impact of the shot and even the slightest slag on the pieces is removed by abrasion.
	Cleaning of tools: - after brazing of hard metal or cemented carbide inserts or tips - after heat treatment - before coating. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing from the surface of tools the burrs and impurities produced by the welding process. Shotblasting also allows removing the surface residues produced by heat treatment and/or making the surface more porous in order to allow better adherence of any coating material.
	Cleaning, reconditioning of parts of automobiles such as: brakes, clutches, shock absorbers, sterring knuckles, all joints, etc. The shotblasting process carried out by the shotblasting machine allows removing from components residues of oxidation, combustion, earth and dust accumulated during use allowing their recovery.
